From consultation to launch
Deployment requires no construction on your site. We assess your needs, design the service and bring the canteen to you — all the site needs to provide is a location and basic utility connections.
Five steps
How deployment works
Catering consultation
A free 30–45 minute conversation: headcount and shifts, volume and payment method, location, safety and special diets.
Service plan
A preliminary service, capacity and deployment plan: service level, opening hours, number of units and schedule.
Site preparation
Together with the site, we agree on the location, power, water and waste management arrangements, as well as access and occupational safety.
Deployment
The truck is driven in, the serving line is opened and the service starts on the agreed date.
Continuous optimisation
Monitoring over the first weeks: demand, queuing times, food waste and feedback. The service is adjusted based on the data collected.

What we clarify before launch
We go through these points during the consultation — you do not need ready answers, a conversation is enough.
Headcount and shifts
Headcount and its expected variation, working shifts and meal times.
Volume and payment method
Estimated daily meal volumes and the payment or staff-benefit model.
Location
The position of the truck, plus power, water and waste management arrangements.
Safety and access
Occupational safety, access control and dining areas indoors or outdoors.
Special diets
Workers' dietary requirements are mapped before the service starts.
Site readiness
What your site needs to provide
A level, load-bearing area for the truck and its deployable service areas, with unobstructed vehicle access. Space requirements depend on the number of units.
A power connection for the kitchen and service areas. Connection capacity and type are agreed during site preparation.
Clean water supply and wastewater handling — a fixed connection or a tank solution, depending on the site.
The location of sorting bins and the collection schedule are agreed with the site's waste management.
All connections and positioning are covered during site preparation — no construction is required on your site.
